It's hard to believe that we're coming up on 10 years of great results with Prevention Mouth Rinse! You are well aware that my practice is mainly crown and bridge, implant restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Prevention Mouth Rinse is a vital tool in the ongoing maintenance of our patients, they see the benefits as clearly as well. When the product was temporarily in short supply, a few years ago, we nearly had an uprising here! The hygienist were lost without it as part of the regime, I was lost because it is used as an integral part of my normal retraction and tissue rinsing during impression; lastly, the patients themselves nearly mutinied!

To say that it has been a valuable resource for my patients and staff is an understatement. In addition to periodontal, crown, and bridge uses; we are thrilled with the response when patients need help for the resolution of oral wounds. It is also being used long term with my implant patients. I have a concern about using one of the chlorhexidine rinses for an extended period of time. With Prevention it has not been an issue, and I have had patients using it consistently for years with the same great results.
